Special Order Bridal Gowns
The Bridal Warehouse does NOT accept cancellations, returns or exchanges on special order gowns. However, in the event that the gown received is not the color or model originally ordered, The Bridal Warehouse will issue an exchange. For an exchange to be honored, the buyer must have a
Return Authorization Number assigned to it (please either email us at contactus@thebridalwarehouse.net or call us at 877.778.3882 within 24 hours of receipt to receive a Return Authorization Number).
In-Stock Bridal Gowns
The Bridal Warehouse’s in-stock bridal gowns are brand new gowns that come direct from the designer / manufacturer or from bulk liquidations. Unlike the majority of online and brick-and-mortar bridal stores, The Bridal Warehouse honors returns on
in-stock gowns that meet the return criteria outlined below
less the cost of shipping and
less a restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable. A
10% restocking fee (10% of the item purchase price) is deducted from the refund for every return.
In order for an in-stock gown to qualify for a return it must meet
all of the following return criteria:
- Be one of our
in-stock bridal gowns in a standard size
- Have a
Return Authorization Number assigned to it (please either email us at contactus@thebridalwarehouse.net or call us at 877.778.3882 within 24 hours of receipt to receive a Return Authorization Number)
- Be in its
original, new, unworn condition with all designer tags and labels in tact. Please note, we do not accept returns on gowns that have been altered in any way or that have been worn, stained with makeup, dirt, odors etc.
- Returned to us in its original packaging
within 5 days of receipt at your shipping address from us (as verified by shipping tracking information). This means that some form of express shipping or courier will have to be utilized.
- Shipped back to us (at the cost of the purchaser) as an
insured and traceable shipment. You will be required to provide us with shipping tracking information either via email at contactus@thebridalwarehouse.net or by calling us at 877.778.3882.
Upon receipt of the returned gown, The Bridal Warehouse will complete a detailed inspection, and if
all of the above return criteria have been met, will issue a refund for the purchase price
less the original shipping cost and
less the 10% restocking fee to the credit card or PayPal account used for purchase within 5 business days of receipt of the return.
Any returned gown that does not meet
all of the return criteria outlined above will not be considered a valid return, and no refund will be given. In such a situation, the buyer may choose to have the gown shipped back at his/her expense. Otherwise the non-returnable gown will be donated to charity.
Sample Bridal Gowns
The Bridal Warehouse’s sample bridal gowns are usually store samples that have
never been worn to a wedding but may have been tried on in-store and therefore may have light dust, loose / missing threads and beads etc. Because of these minor flaws, The Bridal Warehouse sells these bridal gowns at deeply discounted prices that are usually just a mere fraction of the MSRP. Please note, The Bridal Warehouse
does NOT accept returns
under any circumstances
on sample bridal gowns.
Clearance Bridal Gowns

Bridal Veils, Bridal Headpieces, Bridal Shoes
The Bridal Warehouse does NOT accept returns on bridal veils, bridal headpieces, and bridal shoes. However, in the event that the item received is defective, The Bridal Warehouse will issue an exchange. For an
exchange to be honored, the buyer must have a

or call us at 877.778.3882 within 24 hours of receipt to receive a
Return Authorization Number), and the item must be returned to us in its original condition and original packaging within 5 days of receipt. The Bridal Warehouse will complete a detailed inspection, and if
all
return criteria have been met, will issue a refund for the purchase
price
less the original
shipping cost and
less a 15%
restocking fee to the credit card or PayPal account used for purchase
within 5 business days of receipt of the return.
