Where are you located?
The Bridal Warehouse is an online-only retailer - we do not have a physical store.
How are you able to offer such low prices on your gowns?
Because we are an online-only retailer, we are able to operate with significantly lower overheads compared to traditional brick and mortar retail stores. Our lower operating costs mean additional savings can be passed on to you!
Do you have a catalog?
We have chosen not to produce printed catalogs in order to keep our costs down so that we can pass extra savings on to you. In addition, with our in-stock inventory constantly changing, printed catalogs would quickly become obsolete. Our website, however, showcases our complete and most up-to-date product lines 24x7 so you can browse and purchase at your convenience.
What are special order gowns?
Special order gowns are gowns that are ordered from the designer/manufacturer only when we receive an order from a customer. The designer/manufacturer only produces a special order gown when they, in turn, receive an order from us. This means that you have the option to choose or customize the size and/or color of your gown. Special order gowns must be ordered in advance - it can take anywhere from 12-14 weeks (standard) or 10-12 weeks (rush) from the time the order is placed on our website for a special order gown to be delivered to you.
What are in-stock gowns?
In-stock gowns are gowns that we have available for immediate delivery. The Bridal Warehouse's in-stock gowns come from designer/manufacturer overstocks and therefore our in-stock inventory is constantly changing. If you find the gown you're looking for in our in-stock inventory, we highly recommend purchasing it before it is gone!
Can I try on your gowns?
Because we do not have a physical store, there is no way for you to try on the gowns sold on our website. However, we do provide detailed
designer size charts against which you can compare your measurements,
and we also offer special order couture/designer bridal gowns that can
be made to your own unique custom measurements. Many of our satisfied brides have gone to local bridal stores and tried on gowns to determine the styles that best suit their unique body type.
Do you accept returns?
We do accept returns on in-stock bridal gowns that meet our return criteria. See our complete Return Policy for further details. We do not accept returns on special order, sample or clearance gowns.
How long will it take for my gown to arrive?
For special order bridal gowns, please refer to the item description for delivery details. In-stock and sample bridal gowns are typically delivered to customers within 2 weeks of placing your order online depending on the shipping method chosen. How do I know that the information I submit on your site is secure?
The Bridal Warehouse utilizes 256-bit SSL encryption technology from Comodo to ensure the security of your personal information. We have also partnered with a leader in online payment processing, PayPal, whose complex and proven data encryption and anti-fraud technologies ensure the safety of your payment information.
