The Bridal Warehouse uses USPS Express Mail, USPS Priority Mail, or Fedex Ground to ship items within the USA; and USPS Express Mail International or USPS Priority Mail International to ship items outside of the USA. All items are shipped insured for their purchase price.

Shipping to a Skybox or US-Based Shipping Broker
In order to reduce international shipping costs, items may also be shipped to your Skybox or US-based Shipping Broker / Freight Forwarder. To ship to your Skybox or US Broker / Freight Forwarder, simply fill in the applicable address as your Shipping Address when registering or during checkout, and outline any specific labeling instructions that may be required.
The Bridal Warehouse is not responsible for additional shipping times resulting from the use of a Skybox or US-based Shipping Broker / Freight Forwarder. Please read our Return Policy and make note of our required return timeframes before making the decision to utilize a Skybox or US-based Shipping Broker / Freight Forwarder.

In-stock, sample, and clearance bridal gowns being shipped internationally usually arrive within 2-4 weeks maximum of placing an order.
Bridal Veils, Bridal Headpieces, Bridal Shoes
Bridal veils, tiaras and shoes are delivered within 2-4 weeks of order placement and payment receipt.

Customs / Duties
Items being shipped outside of the USA may be subject to customs and duties imposed by the receiving government and are payable by you. The Bridal Warehouse is not responsible for such charges. Please note, if you choose not to pay customs and duties on your items when they arrive in your country, your package will be destroyed, and no refund will be issued by The Bridal Warehouse.
